Please note that room availability will change as new reservations are made and what is listed above may not be available at the time of your room reservation request. The room categories listed above were selected by the couple for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible. 

If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her.

Trip Insurance (Prices Below): Travel insurance provides you with a safety net that protects any monies paid should you need to cancel your travels for any reason, but it also provides you with other important benefits like medical insurance, lost or late luggage coverage, etc.  Any reservation made without travel insurance is non-refundable.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance. If you have insurance the $75 cancellation fee does not apply to you.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above. ANY RESERVATION MADE WITHOUT INSURANCE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process.
If you initially decline the insurance but would like to add it back, you have that option up until 7 days after you place your reservation deposit. Insurance must be requested in writing.

• IMPORTANT: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with either a full travel credit or refund in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to the departure time of the flight. Prices are indicated below.

The Elegance Club rooms are for those age 18+. Those staying in an Elegance Club room not only have access to the the family-friendly areas, they also have access to the restaurants, bar and lounge areas exclusive to Elegance Club guests.
